"Dottie Mae's Beauty Salon"

Dottie Mae became a hairdresser in 1944 and had beauty salons and gift shops in many different locations including Ontario Street in Cohoes, Swan St., Hudson Avenue, George St. - all in Green Island and also in Troy. She didn't give up her beautician license until 1969. She always claimed the solutions used in hairdressing in those days are what caused the arthritis in her hands.
